RENT: A TOWNHOUSE STUDIO ON STRIVERS ROW
Harlem Bespoke: So the average in Manhattan rent for a non-doorman studio went up a couple of hundred this past summer to a whopping $2,343 a month but those living uptown can save thousands each year since deals can still be found. In the past 24 hours, a prewar studio at 219 West 139th Street by Adam Clayton Powell has been listed for $1,500 a month. This is probably one of the lowest priced apartments in the neighborhood these days but might have a broker's fee attached to it. With that said, the address is on beautiful Strivers Row with restaurants, cafes, parks and subway stations nearby. More details and contact information on Streeteasy: LINK
