Humans of New York has a feature on the African immigrants who made it happen even though everything was stacked against them. Mohammed and Brahim Diallo moved to the states as teens in order to raise medical funds for their critically ill little sister back home and also to support their overseas family financially. So much sacrifice, tragedy and unimaginable hardships that would break most people never stopped these guys and they now have two thriving businesses in Harlem.
