Harlem Bespoke: The 19 foot wide, single-family house at 105 West 122nd Street had one of the highest sale prices in the neighborhood with an initial asking set at $5.75 million back in September 2020. Then some price cuts reduced this number to
$5.55 $4.75 million which eventually procured a contract out by October 2021 and records now show that the official closing happened in January.
