Harlem Bespoke: Some big news for a couple of Harlem restaurants that made it to this year's prestigous James Beard Awards semifinalist list.
Out of all the eateries in the nation,
Sylvia's has been recognized as one of the best for hospitality and Chef Joseph Johnson of
Fieldtrip has been selected as on of the Best Chef in New York State. Both locations are coincidentally on Lenox Avenue in Central Harlem. The insider awards list is almost like the Oscars of the restaurant industry so even just getting nominated is a big deal. Read more on the semifinalist on the official James Beard website:
