Harlem Bespoke: Number 381 Convent Avenue has just arrived on the market in mid August of 2021 and the single family 20-foot wide landmark townhouse going for
$2.65 $2.499 million had a contract out by December and now records show that the historic home closed the deal in the beginning of March this year.

confirmed that the notable address sold for exactly $2.499 million which is quite a deal for the seller since the last transaction was back in 1996 for $115K which would have made the monthly in the mid $500 range for a 30 year mortgage. As previously pointed out, this is probably the sharpest priced renovated private residence to be found within the Convent Avenue historic district. Houses just slightly further south
