Harlem Bespoke: We received a tip that the former Shuteye coffee space that has been vacant since October 2020 will have a new business arriving soon. The storefront on 116th between Adam Clayton and Lenox had a loyal following but the pandemic really hit hard for a lot of small businesses.
A photo shown above taken this weekend by us shows the new announcement on the front door. Sojourner Coffee will be the newest coffeeshop in the neighborhood which appears to be the restart of an uptown java trend that has been going strong for over a decade now. Everything is pretty much set up from the previous business so expect an opening sometimes soon in the coming weeks. More on Shuteye coffee can be found in our past post:
