Harlem Bespoke: We mentioned that the former Blujeen restaurant storefront on Frederick Douglass just below 116th Street had a poster up announcing that Compass was arriving sometimes in March and now official signage has been posted up at the door front.
Bohemia's real estate office shuttered just a couple of blocks further south during the pandemic but sales in the neighborhood apparently are still making this part of FDB desirable for other such offices to open up. A peek inside revealed that the commercial space is now a gutted interior and the workers have not installed much of the hard finishes as of yet so maybe an April opening will be more likely.
