Harlem Bespoke: The reclining Liberty statue made quite a stir when the giant sculpture debuted within Morningside park by West 120th Street last spring but all good things must apparently come to an end. The artist Zaq Landsberg posted on social media that the installation will be removed in late April so there is only about a month left to admire this momentous monument. With that said, we definitely need to see more great public art and artists funded for city parks since this was something everyone could enjoy especially since local green spaces are even more cherished nowadays. Check out our past post to see more photos taken earlier in the park when the new arrival was still white: LINK
