JAZZ FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE AT NATIONAL JAZZ MUSEUM

Tuesday,  May 17th, 7:00PM,  Jazz for Social Justice with Jimmy Greene at the National Jazz Museum in Harlem,  58 West 129th Street, just east of Lenox. Another cultural center that has re-opened recently is the National Jazz Museum in Central Harlem which now welcomes back live events.  At the Jazz Museum in Harlem, Jimmy Greene will perform some of his original compositions with pianist Anthony Wonsey. Following the music, he will join series host Larry Blumenfeld and other panelists to discuss how music builds community and positivity and his Ana Grace project, whose mission is “promoting love, connection, and community for every child and family.” This event will take place for a live and streaming audience.  This event is free with RSVP for tickets through Eventbrite: LINK
