Harlem Bespoke: The news broke this week that the brownstone belonging to actor Neil Patrick Harris has a contract out for somewhere around $7.1 million but nobody really has an current photos. In the remote work era, the actual photos have kind of diminished in value for some reason so we went out this week to take another look at the brownstone on Fifth Avenue just north of West 125th Street that we first reported about almost 9 years ago. One of the interesting points that the news outlets did not uncover is that this was originally the home of the Settepani family who has had their cafe on Lenox Avenue for over 20 years now. The grey commercial building next door to the left of the townhouse cluster is the Harlem location of Shake Shack and WeWorks is just around the corner on the 126th Street side of the block. Lots is also happening to this section of Fifth Avenue since the former National Black Theatre building directly across the street has been entirely demolished and there should be substantial construction happening for the massive new condo building rising by next year: LINK
