Harlem Bespoke: Summer sales just started picking up already since Number 17 West 120th now has a contract out after we posted about the landmark home last week. As previously mentioned, the notable address sold back in 2018 for $3.75 million and now has returned to the market at $4.75 million. There are a lot of original details in the completely restored 20-foot-wide, 2-family townhouse that has one of the most thorough renovations we have seen in some time.
We noted in the past that this is arguably one of the best blocks to be found uptown and Maya Angelou's house
