As can bee seen in the more current photos taken this year, all of the front portico entrances and stairs have since been restored decades later which is quite extraordinary for so many buildings grouped together. This is also the Neil Patrick Harris townhouse which just sold for a record number but those facade renovations happen way before the Hollywood actor ever moved to the block.
