SUGAR HILL CHILDREN’S MUSEUM ARTIST RESIDENCY

Harlem Bespoke:  The Sugar Hill Children's Museum at West 155th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue now has an open call for the 2022-2023 artist residency.  Past artists that have been in the program include Derek Fordjour who now has mosaic works all over some of uptown's subway stations. 

The 8-month residency provides a free furnished 450 square-foot studio to work out of and also $8,000 honorarium.   There will also be a feature show at the museum and open studio events as part of the program.  Those interested should make sure to apply by Sunday, September 18th and can get more details on how to apply directly online at the SHCM site: LINK
