Number 529 West 142nd Street just sold for $2.625 million which makes the townhouse the record holder for West Harlem in recent years. The 20-foot-wide home (far left at the above photo) was just purchased and renovated a year ago and the high end finishes mixed with original interior details attracted a buyer within months of the townhouse returning to the market.
