☞ DWELL: Houdini's Neighbor Sells Quickly

The next door neighbor of Houdini may also be notable nowadays for a quick disappearing act. The handsome, yellow brick townhouse on 276 West 113th Street, between FDB/8th Avenue and ACP/7th Avenue, recently had an accepted offer above the eyebrow-raising asking price of $700K. Literally a couple of blocks from Central Park and right next to all the amenities of southern Frederick Douglass Boulevard, this multi-unit rental building seems like it's on target as an example on how to move a house quickly in this market. Oh yeah, Houdini's house is the brownstone with the balcony at the far right. To read more about Harlem's famous escape artist, go to our previous post: LINK. Photo by Ulysses
