We were wondering why it took so long for 99 Hamilton Place to move in this market a couple of days ago and it would appear that having the next door neighbor offer up their property for almost a half million less might have something to do with it. Number 105 Hamilton Place is an owner's triplex building with a one garden rental unit asking for $830K. The newly gut renovated building seems to be a pretty sweet deal in comparison to the neighbor that has their single family listing at $1.39 million. The big difference is that this new-to-the-market renovated house does not have any original detail left but does this merit such a price discrepancy?
