☞ REVIVE: 290 Manhattan Avenue Restoration
The owners of 290 Manhattan Avenue were so happy to restore the former SRO at West 112th Street that they created a site for the house. When the couple started to work on the 6,000 square foot property in 2001, they created Keith and Marjorie's Park House website which gives an insight on the house's history and their massive gut renovation project that was documented up to 2005. We always thought this was one of the more striking corner buildings uptown and it's nice to get a look at the process they had to go through. Check out more details and photos at K&M site: LINK.
