That lone house attached to the church on the west corner of 121st and Lenox seems to be finishing up these days. All the scaffolding and netting from the past year recently went down and it looks like the brownstone might be a rental or market rate condos. The landmark 20 foot wide building is zoned as a C2 five to six-family, walk up apartment building so they must all be studios or small 1 bedrooms since there are only 4 floors. Anyone know what's going on?
It's good looking, but sandwhiched between a church and school as the lone house is strange. Does the block make up for that?
