OPEN HOUSE: Sunday, May 22nd, 1:00 PM-3:00 PM. An interesting 12.25 foot wide brownstone with a ground floor restaurant just arrived on the market as of April on 2291 ACP/7th Avenue and 134th Street for $1.35 million. There are two rental units in the building and a cafe fully set up on the ground floor that apparently is no longer in business. A rather plain looking storefront did not really add much appeal to the commercial space but there seems to be some nice details on the inside. Looking at the photos of the interior, we kind of think they did a decent job for a small cafe but just needed to make the exterior a little more interesting.
