The impressive 20 foot wide brownstone at 124 West 121st Street has been on the market for the past month now and the house by the Mount Morris Park Historic is priced initially at $1.995 million. Interiors images reveal some great details but missing bathroom and kitchen photos might be an indicator that this one still needs work to be done on the inside. More photos after the jump.
This 3-family house with five floors just west of Lenox Avenue has about 4,881 square foot in total and appears to be in decent shape if one could make a judgement by a photo. The backyard is in pretty good condition also but what about those other rooms? Shops and restaurants are all right on Lenox and the express trains at 125th Street is a short walk.
