The 17 foot wide, 2-family landmark house at 475 West 141st Street finally sold last month after being on the market for about 3 years. Originally on the market back in 2008 for $3 million, the townhouse house located just east of Amsterdam Avenue would go for below $2 million in early 2009 and was at $1.65 million in the last year. There is reportedly about 4,610 square foot in total for this Hamilton Height property and the final selling price ended up at $1.48 million.
An abundance of fine original details throughout, I hope the new owner preserves this beauty.
