☞ DWELL: 345 West 121st Street Reduced

Some of the more ambitiously price townhouse uptown have been aiming for around $3 million and 345 West 121st Street  is one that recently had to reduce the higher asking price to adjust to the market.  First appearing on the market back back in April for $2.945 million, the house on one of the most charming brownstone blocks by Morningside Park had to reduce its price to $2.67 million by June.  More photos of the interior after the jump

At 16 foot wide and reportedly 3,712 square foot in total, the building is only on the moderate side when it comes to townhouses but the renovations appear to be on the high end.  The location is close enough to the A,B,C,D express line on 125th Street and the lower FDB corridor so it is close to a lot of amenities. More photos at the broker site: LINK

  2. Well, I saw the photos on the brokers website and I wasn't impressed. The exposed ceiling pipes were a big turn-off. And the layouts in some of the rooms were really not that impressive for 2.6 million.

That being said, I'm sure someone with deep pockets will buy it and do something else with it. I like that block.
