The 18 foot wide townhouse at 264 West 136th Street just arrived on the market for $1.1 million back in June and is now in contract. This Central Harlem townhouse is on a preserved block and close enough to the subway at St. Nicholas Park but there is not too much to do in the immediate area. More details and interior photos after the jump.
The single-family house has 5-bedrooms, 3-baths and 3,528 square foot of space altogether and the backyard appears to be well planted. It is unclear what the infrastructure is like for the townhouse but it appears that the interior is in pretty good condition based on photos provided by the broker: LINK.
