☞ DWELL: 150 West 120th Sold in October
It took 10 months to sell but public records show that the 17 foot wide townhouse at 150 West 120th Street with the initial asking price of $999K sold this past October. A former listing on the property advertised the brownstone located west of Lenox Avenue as a single family but DOB files still has it as SRO restricted and a multi-unit building. This townhouse is by the Mount Morris Park Historic District but is one of the many that still need renovating. With that said, the final selling price ended up at $920K after the transaction finally closed a couple of months back.

I would have paid extra just for the orchid-enameled pier glass. Now THAT is a colour.
ReplyDeleteI have never been able to figure out why so many brownstones in Harlem are still listed as "SRO restricted", yet have condominium status and have a Certificate of Occupancy in place. Anybody know why this is?
ReplyDeleteDoes this place have the CO in place?
I believe Willie Kathryn Suggs was the agent on this so anything may go.
