The new CUNY science building overlooking St. Nicholas Park has been making major progress since it started rising back in Spring 2010 and now more glass has appeared on the building at the City College campus. Most of the east side had been glassed late summer this year but the west side which faces the park still consisted of steel beams until the past month or so. This one of buildings in the $300 million expansion to the campus which will provide more classroom space and is expected to finish in 2012. Check out the original rendering in our past post:
