It has taken well over a year, but the townhouse at 626 West 147th Street has gone into contract this past week. This 16.5 foot wide, 3,196 square foot, 2-family Hamilton Heights home located just west of Broadway originally was asking for $2 million but was finally reduced to $1.875 million. Location wise, the 145th Street station is just a couple of blocks away and new, better establishments such as the Harlem Public are starting to appear in the neighborhood.
