Hog's Head Tavern just opened last week over on Hamilton place by 142nd Street and we still are thinking about all of the great tile work. One of the standout details also can be found within the bathroom area where decorative hex tiles have been installed. We are always perplexed to see historic homes with original details restored but for some reason have severely modern baths or kitchens.
This is a good example of using brand new materials and modern fixtures which updates an old space but is also contemporary. Dark contrasting ceiling in deep grays also add the illusions of depth and makes the white tile pop. Check out more photos of Hog's Head Tavern in our past post: LINK
