DWELL: 206 WEST 139TH STREET ON STRIVERS ROW
A rare Strivers Row House at 206 West 139th Street has appeared on the market for the asking of $2.45 million. There was a time not so long ago when $1.85 million would be able to purchase a Striver Row home with extraordinary contextual finishes but now Home Depot-type renovations are going for much higher. This 4-family home that has a garage out back will probably sell relatively quickly because the notable historic district has been doing quite well this year but would probably have had more value if the interiors were more distinct: LINK

What a shame that it was so revoltingly remodeled. Seems it really destroyed the interior of the home.
