The landmark 17-foot wide limestone townhouse at 422 West 150th Street had a contract out within a week when it was first listed back in July but went back on the market by September. At $1.6 million, this 3-family Sugar Hill home looks to be in pretty decent condition with original details including 7 fireplaces. This location is only a 5 minute walk to the express subway station that gets one to midtown in 10 minutes and boutique businesses are just starting to appear in the neighborhood. There is also a CNH in place so the paperwork is all set: LINK
UPDATE: This listing may have been outdated according to one source but details on Streeteasy still has the home listed as available: LINK
