REVIVE: NEW ROOF AT 72 HAMILTON TERRACE
It has been two years since the abandoned 72 Hamilton Terrace just below 145th Street has been sold and now some of the major facade work is coming together. This grand mansion in the historic district was more recently used as a church but a fire shut everything down decades ago. Currently the mansard appears to be full restored with all of the fire damage repaired on the south end. Original cresting at top had been removed at the beginning of the process but we expect that detail to return at some point in time. Rumor has it that this address will be one large family estate when finished. See what the house looked like in our previous post: LINK
