ARCHITECTURE: DEMOLITION AT123RD STREET
Construction for the new tower at a former church at Morningside Avenue and 123rd Street has been making progress in the past month and a couple of brownstones on the side street have now been demolished. It appears that the developer also purchased two out of the four identical brownstones on West 123rd Street and 11-story new construction will somehow wrap around the corner and use these now empty lots. Renderings of the plans for the new construction has not been posted on the plywood yet but we expect more information to be revealed in the coming weeks.
