DWELL: 237 WEST 136TH STREET BACK ON MARKET
The 2-family at 237 West 136th Street located just east of 8th Avenue was up on the market earlier this year for $1.65 million and now has returned with an asking of $2.39 million. We like the block and the incredible original details within but the 16-foot wide townhouse does need some work. This brownstone is also one of the only ones on the street missing the distinct cornice and angular rooftop which means the facade will need to be renovated also.
