Studio rents in Harlem were going up since spring but number 67 West 119th Street recently had a price chop from $1,500 to $1,250 a month. This landmark block in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is a little grittier than the others but is close new restaurants, Marcus Garvey Park and the express lines on Lenox. The renovated interior also has some original details within for those who want a bit of brownstone charm:
