DWELL: 206 WEST 137TH STREET INTERIORS
Interior photos of 206 West 137th Street have now been released and the Central Harlem 2-family home going for $2.5 million surprisingly has most of the original details within. We definitely like this charming block located between 7th and 8th Avenue but wondered what the inside condition of the house would look like. Central Harlem tends to have homes with alterations or featureless gut renovations but this beauty is one of the most intact that we have seen in some time. There is even original plasterwork on the ceilings which is a rare sight uptown and the bathrooms are also beautifully preserved. It all probably needs a good polish but this property definitely has great bones. More on Streeteasy: LINK
