Number 52 Edgecombe by West 137th Street (block shown in photo) arrived back in May for $2.45 million but now has been reduced to $2.1 million. This townhouse is in a reportedly single-family layout and apparently there are a lot of original details within. On top of that, the block is actually one of the nicer ones to be found in Central Harlem but the missing interior photos might indicate a need for a major renovation.
