DWELL: UNDER $2 MILLION IN HARLEM 2016

Real Estate site Curbed New York reported that the average Manhattan apartment is selling for just slightly over the $2 million mark in 2016 but some might be surprised that an entire brownstone could still be purchased at the price point in Harlem.  One of apparent better deals to be found uptown is at number 16 West 131st Street which looks to be in pretty good shape from what we can see and is only going for $1.85 million.  This 2-family home with some original details is a only about a 5 minute walk to the express trains and the new forthcoming Wholefoods on 125th Street but has been up on the market since March.   More details can be found on the broker site: LINK
