DWELL: 29 MOUNT MORRIS PARK WEST OFF MARKET
Number 29 Mount Morris Park West by 123rd Street had the highest price for a Harlem brownstone in the past year at $5 million and has just been pulled off the market. As mentioned previously, a lot of original details can be found within but the 2-family configuration might be an issue since higher end buyers usually look for a single-family layout. With that said, this location is within the desirable Mount Morris Park Historic District and when Whole Foods opens just up the block this summer, we expect the property to make an appearance once again.
