We mentioned that a restaurant will be opening at the former Island Salad address on 125th Street by Madison Avenue and it looks like everything might be opening soon. There is now a temporary sign up at 22 East 125th Street with the name Serengeti Express printed on it and the geometric wood facade has all been finished up.
