Harlem Bespoke: Number 7 west 122nd Street arrived on the market this past September with the asking set at $4.25 million but eventually was removed from the market in October without any price reductions. As previously mentioned, the location in the Mount Morris Park Historic District is very desirable and there are a lot of original details within but the brownstone is technically a 4-family home. With that said, the express trains on Lenox and also the new Whole Foods are only 3 blocks away which all have helped set record sales in the neighborhood. More details and photos on Streeteasy: LINK
