DWELL: 345 WEST 121ST STREET SOLD LOWER

Harlem Bespoke: Number 345 West 121st Street arrived on the market back in October 2018 for an asking set at $3.495 million and the renovated single-family home by Morningside Park had a contract out by January which just closed a slight bit lower at $3.45 million.  The brownstone had been purchased about 4 years ago and has since had modern additions added such as inset ceiling lights and even a vaulted wine cellar. Some of the original details are also included within so not all of the charm has been lost with the contemporary adjustments.

As previously mentioned, even though the house is on the narrower side, the prime block close to the lower FDB corridor, Morningside Park and express trains make the location desirable.  A larger house just a block south had sold last year for over $3.8 million: LINK
