Harlem Bespoke: The empty lot on Manhattan Avenue by 122nd Street finally had construction started up at the end of last year and now the new townhouse has topped off. We took the above photo over the weekend and noticed that the penthouse part of the 535 Manhattan Avenue had already been built out. There will be a modern brownstone on the market when this construction finishes up in the coming months and the design somewhat fits in with the existing line of prewar buildings:
