Harlem Bespoke: The 5-unit rental brownstone at 1700 Lexington Avenue was briefly on the market for the asking of just under $3 million back in 2016 and now has returned for a reduced price of $2.6 million. As previously mentioned, this is probably one of the best locations in East Harlem because of the proximity to the 103rd Street subway stop but the painted townhouse is chopped up into many units which may or may not have tenants currently residing within. With that said, the commercial strip in this area is booming and the interior of the home does have original details. This is one of more intact brownstone blocks on the east side but the layout appears to be the main issue here. More details and broker information on Streeteasy: LINK
