Harlem Bespoke: We noticed recently that a couple of landmark brownstones in the Mount Morris Park Historic District now have auction signs posted out front. The former location of
BLVD Bistro at 122nd and Lenox first caught our eye but then a listing appeared for 32 West 120th Street by Mount Morris Park West with a
starting bid set at $100,000 which is quite interesting. This might all appear to be an affordable price but past uptown auctions easily go over $1 million and all cash investors tend to swoop in for the final bid so be prepared if interested. Read more about previous auctions in our past post:
