Harlem Bespoke: Number 241 West 139th Street went up on the market about a week ago for $3.5 million and now the SRO has been reduced to $3 million. As previously mentioned, there was a record sale last year on
Strivers Row for $4 million but that townhouse layout was in a 2-family configuration. No photos in the listing also makes things less intriguing even though the historic Harlem residential blocks built from 1891-1893 are known for private garages out back and charming scenery.
