Harlem Bespoke: Probably one of the most underutilized part of the brownstone can be found on the rooftops of the iconic homes. We noticed a few
solar panels popping up around the neighborhood as of late but the green roof terrace is also another addition to consider. Most townhouses have lush backyards but additional space with skylines views of the city can be had with a bit of imagination and modest amount of effort. Green roofs can also be eco-friendly since they do provide insulation for the building and keep things cooler in in warmer months.
