Harlem Bespoke: It took a couple of months to open since the since went up on Lenox Avenue but now Chopped Cheese has debuted just south of 125th street. We walked by the storefront in the past week and just took a glimpse at it and everything looks like a deli counter setup with food service at one corner. Chopped Cheese is a New York City specialty sandwich which has not really had a fancy makeover as of yet so we might try this new spot out in the near future to see what it is all about.
