Harlem Bespoke: One of the houses on Striver Row at Number 253 West 138th Street went up on the market back in October 2020 for $2.995 million but then was reduced in January 2021 to $2.895 million and now has a contract out as of this week. The landmark residences with private parking out back have been garnering the interest of high-end buyers in the few years but the 5-family layout of this particular townhouse might be something to consider. With that said, there are a lot of original details within and single-family homes in the historic district have sold for around $4 million just in the past couple of years.
