Harlem Bespoke: The townhouse at 228 Lenox Avenue by West 122nd Street Sold two year ago but apparently has not been restored yet. We walked by this block in the the Mount Morris Park Historic District recently and took the above photos that show the plywood fence out front. Everything closed for $2.5 million in March 2020 but that was actually when the pandemic started up so the delays are understandable. There are actually two apartments in the building and DOB paperwork reveal that the layout will stay as such when things finally do finish up.
