Harlem Bespoke: Number 334 Convent Avenue just south of 144th Street had a contract out at the end of 2016 and sold by February of the following year and now it looks like renovations are starting to happen. We walked by the historic district just south of Sugar Hill in Hamilton Heights this week and noticed that new but historically accurate windows are currently being installed.
DOB paperwork reveals that the interior layout was somehow originally a 12-unit abode but now ill be converted into 10 apartments. As for the past sale, the
original asking was set at $2.6 million and the closing price for the fixer-upper was at $1.4 million according to Streeteasy:
