The second highest townhouse sale in Harlem for 2014 currently is at 2069 Fifth Avenue by 127th Street. This home on the cusp of Central and East Harlem was up on the market in April for $3.4 million and eventually closed in July for $3.331 million. Bragging rights include living just a couple of blocks away from actor Neil Patrick Harris
(who currently holds the Harlem record) and notable modern artist
Ugo Rondinone. As far as 2013 is concerned, the still yet to be fully renovated 227 Lenox Avenue barely beats out number 2069 Fifth by selling for $3.35 million:
